Tim Parker & Transition Team Details

Still no declaration of interests on the Tim Parker page, and those transition team payment details haven't been updated either. Have made inquiries. Watch this space!

UPDATE, 16.14: I'm assured that all the above is being sorted out. That's good news, especially as Parker appears before an Assembly plenary on Wednesday.

I love all this Prince of Darkness stuff, it's exciting! I bet that in a verbal punchup with John Biggs, Tim Parker can give as good as he gets and I'd like to grab a ring side seat and take popcorn.

A cloud of bats was seen to hover over City Hall last night........

It just reminds me of Michael Howard; "Are you thinking what we're thinking?" No, Michael, we're not thinking of downing a pint from the local blood bank nor does anyone seriously think that "prison works."

That aside, the attitude Boris' administration has taken to fulfilling its promise of "transparency" and "openness" (as if to suggest Ken was a shady and evil character who dealt in cloak and dagger government) is worrying. One set of standards applies to Boris' other deputies, an entirely different one applies to the sinister Mr.Parker. Press engagement has been cut back, clouds of ink fly out bemoaning liberal conspiracies when racially charged remarks are made and finances and costs are deliberately concealed; probably in the Prince of Darkness' own coffin.
