A poll for London Tonight, reported by the Standard, shows Livingstone (45%) and Johnson (44%) neck-and-neck with Paddick (7%) miles behind. Early days, but encouraging for the blond. More revealing are the issues Londoners place highest. Crime leads (68%) with transport - exclusing the C-charge - second (63%) followed by recycling/environment (47%). Feelings about the C-charge were split as evenly as those over the frontrunners - 42% in favour, 44% against.
