Lib Dems In North-East

No doubt encouraged recent by-election results the Lib Dems clearly believe they're in with a shout in North East. Their candidate Meral Ece has been out and about with Brian and, like him, bashing everything and anything Labour.

Dave - sorry you think my blog on the spate of murders in Hackney in recent weeks is 'Labour bashing' - Believe it or not, young people and their families are very worried about this. It was raised at the City & Islington sixth form colleage hustings last week, by students themsleves as the number 1 issue thye care about. Don't think I would call it Labour bashing- just reflecting what I'm hearing, and the bleeding obvious!

Hello Meral. I didn't mean to give the impression I think your concern is less than genuine. I'm sure it is entirely so. But you do bash Labour too! (The Council, Diane Abbott, Ken Livingstone...)
