Technically, the apostrophe shouldn't be there. But without it, they'd be 'the Os'. 'Os' is, I believe, Portuguese for 'the'. 'The Os' thus means 'The The', so there's a risk that the team would be mistaken for that grumpy bloke who released 'Infected' back in the 1980s.
